Flux Injection Machine

The Flux Injection Machine is designed for the controlled injection of granular or powder flux, as well as refining agents, into molten aluminium using Nitrogen or Argon as the carrier gas. It ensures efficient melt treatment, improves metal cleanliness, reduces inclusions, and produces dry dross with minimal metal loss. The machine can also be used for furnace wall cleaning, helping improve furnace efficiency and metal yield.
