Recommended Usage

  1. Ensure the ceramic or refractory surface is clean, dry, and free from loose particles.
  2. Stir the coating thoroughly before application.
  3. Dilute as recommended based on application requirements.
  4. Apply a uniform coat using a brush to achieve the desired thickness of 150–200 microns.
  5. Allow the coating to air dry or dry using controlled heating before exposure to molten metal.
  6. Inspect coating condition periodically and perform touch-ups in high-wear areas.
  7. Reapply as required to maintain optimum non-wetting performance and equipment protection.
